⭐Step 1: Watch the recording of our group webinar
In this webinar you will learn what you need to do after you have gotten a voucher, and you will get the chance to see what questions other people asked.

⭐Step 3: Complete a homebuyer education course
If you've been given a Dream for All Voucher, you MUST attend a homebuyer education course.
It is a requirement that needs to be met in order to move forward with purchasing a home with the Dream for All voucher.
📢Certificate from BOTH education classes below MUST be completed for only one borrower:
✅ ONLINE: You can take eHome's eight-hour Homebuyer Education course online (fee: $99)
AND
✅ ADDITIONALLY, you MUST also complete the California Dream For All education which is free and online only. Click here to sign up and take this course.
⭐Step 4: Gather Updated Documents
Per lending guidelines, your income and asset paperwork is only good for 60 days. SOOO, we need you to start gathering updated documents so we can get your file moving forward quickly!
Here’s a quick checklist to get you started:
- Identification Documents
- Last 60 days of Bank Statements
- Last 30 days of paystubs
- Any tax returns you have filed since you were pre-approved
